Our Red Fruit cereal bar just got better!

Since our beginnings, we have challenged our products on a daily basis to improve our catalog. 2022 thus marks the revival of the Red Fruits Vitamins shot cereal bar which becomes the Red Fruits Proteins shot cereal bar!

Beyond a nutritional improvement and a change in functionality, the product is now much better than the previous version. We explain everything to you in this article!

Much better organoleptic.

The flavor of the old and new versions is the same, but the organoleptic is completely different. Visually, the first one was a little brown, gray, in short we were not convinced: it is now very delicious, with golden crispies and clearly visible red fruits.

The texture was a little “chewy” before, whereas the Protein shot version is now much crispier in the mouth thanks to the chickpea billets. You will tell us the news! Regardless, the fruity and sweet taste is still present.

The format is also changing: the bar goes from 26 to 40 for a cheaper price per kilo (-30%), and with better quality packaging.

A change in functionality and nutritional profile.

The bar remains 100% vegan, made in France, gluten-free and lactose-free so as not to deviate from our demanding specifications.

Note, however, a change in functionality. It is no longer supplemented with 24 vitamins and minerals, but it still contains the micronutrients naturally present in the ingredients. And above all, the quantity of vegetable proteins has been considerably increased, from 19% to 30% protein.

This protein content will allow you to maximize your recovery and muscle regeneration during training.

Our R&D team also took the initiative to reduce the amount of sugar and increase the fiber content to avoid blood sugar spikes. This bar will give you lasting satiety over time: perfect for an appetite suppressant effect.

This protein snack will follow you in all situations. After or before a workout, during a dietary rebalancing or as a dessert, it will healthily satisfy your little hunger pangs.

A more natural composition.

The composition of the product is also simplified with fewer ingredients. They are also less processed: the base of the recipe is made from vegetable fiber from beetroot, vegetable proteins and puffed chickpea billets. Palm oil has also been removed (even though it was previously sustainably sourced).

IN SUMMARY.

This bar is very similar to our Chocolate cereal. Almond launched in September.
