DiscoverHow are our raw bars made?
Feed raw bars. are manufactured in 4 steps.
- Mixing the ingredients. The ingredients are mixed in a dough mixer (kneading machine) to obtain a homogeneous dough. This process is carried out cold to maintain all the functional properties of the ingredients and vitamins.
- Lamination. The dough obtained is then rolled in a “rolling mill”, always cold. That is to say that it will pass between rollers which will flatten it, making it compact and uniform.
- The cut. Everything is then sent to be cut to obtain the characteristic rectangular shape of our raw bars.
- The packaging. The bars are finally wrapped and boxed to be ready for tasting!
