From your customer account:

1. Access the menu, then select “Loyalty program”.
2. In this section, click “Learn more” to open the loyalty program window and check your points.
3. Choose the reward you want by clicking on “How to redeem points”.
4. Use the code displayed on screen during your next order by copying and pasting it into the field provided, or click “Apply Code” to apply it directly to your cart.”

Use your points to get rewards valid on the subscription (express delivery not included). To apply the reward to your subscription, access your customer account then the “Subscriptions” page from the menu. Enter your code in the “I have a promotional code” field of your subscription.

From your customer account:

1. Access the menu and click on “Loyalty program”.
2. Scroll down to the “Referral” section and select “Refer” to view your referral code.
3. Share this code with your loved ones. They will benefit from a €15 reduction on their first order.
4. Once they place their first order using your code, you will receive a €15 discount code by email to use on your next order.”
