Ingredients. 1 serving.
300 ml of vegetable milk
1 espresso
1 scoop of Café Latte protein
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
Preparation. 5 min.
1. Heat milk: In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of plant-based milk until warm, but not boiling. (or milk frother)
2. Prepare the espresso: meanwhile, prepare 1 espresso.
In a shaker, combine espresso, 1 scoop of Café Latte Protein and 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup (or honey).
3. Whisk: Blend or shake until smooth and frothy.
4. Assemble: Pour the mixture into a cup and slowly add the hot milk on top.
