Ingredients. 1 serving.

300 ml of vegetable milk
1 espresso
1 scoop of Café Latte protein
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

Preparation. 5 min.

1. Heat milk: In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of plant-based milk until warm, but not boiling. (or milk frother)
2. Prepare the espresso: meanwhile, prepare 1 espresso.
In a shaker, combine espresso, 1 scoop of Café Latte Protein and 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup (or honey).
3. Whisk: Blend or shake until smooth and frothy.
4. Assemble: Pour the mixture into a cup and slowly add the hot milk on top.

Feed's latte-flavored protein powder is a great discovery. It's incredibly easy to prepare in a shaker, with a good, well-balanced taste and a pleasant texture despite the richness and texture of the product's ingredients. Over time, it might even be the least sickening flavor I've tried since Feed's debut, and the end of liquid drinkable bottles. Thanks to this balanced taste, it's an excellent plant-based protein supplement for me, perfect for easily integrating quality protein into my diet. I can't yet judge its long-term effects, but for now, I'm very satisfied with its performance. An option I highly recommend to those looking to combine practicality, flavor, and nutrition, and one that could well make Feed keep its promises. But my opinion alone doesn't count...
