ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY. The Company FEED., simplified joint stock company with capital of 13,335 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 821 239 878, whose head office is located at 231 rue Saint Honoré, 75001 Paris, and with number of VAT FR59821239878 is the organizer of a draw type game "Halloween, 3 orders free". The organizer coordinates the organization of the game and makes any decision useful for its smooth running. He ensures that the regulations are applied.

ARTICLE 2 - DURATION OF THE GAME. The organizer is organizing a competition type game with a draw with an obligation to purchase. This competition will take place from November 29 to 1 inclusive. The organizing company, however, reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel or extend the game period if circumstances require it, without its liability being incurred in this regard. The company guarantees to participants the reality of the winnings offered, its complete impartiality regarding the conduct of the Game, and to preserve, within the limits of its means, strict equality of opportunity between all participants.

ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME. This competition is open to any adult or minor who has placed an order on the website www.feed.co. Feed company staff. as well as their spouses cannot participate in the game. Their ascendants and descendants are authorized to participate in the competition. This is a competition with a draw, with an obligation to purchase, open to all those who placed an order between November 29 and 1, 2023 inclusive.

ARTICLE 4 – PRINCIPLE AND OPERATION OF THE GAME. To participate, the customer places an order on the website www.feed.co. He is then registered for the draw which will take place on November 2, 2023. The prize is the reimbursement of his order placed between November 29 and 1, 2023. Each winner will receive an email on November 2 and the reimbursement of their associated order in the following 5 to 10 working days.

The winners undertake not to seek liability from the organizing company with regard to the prizes, in particular their delivery, their condition, their qualities or any consequences generated by their possession or use.

ARTICLE 5 – AWARD, VALUE AND NATURE OF PRIZES. Prizes will not be returned or exchanged for another item or product. All prizes will be awarded after the draw which will take place on November 2, and which will designate the 3 winners. In total, the organizing company is awarding 3 refunds for Feed merchandise orders.

The organizing company declines all responsibility for all incidents and accidents which may occur during the period of use of the prizes awarded and as a result of their use. For all prizes, the organizing company reserves the right to replace them, in whole or in part, with other equivalent prizes, in the event of difficulty beyond its control in delivering the announced prizes. No complaints can be made in this respect to the organizing company and its service providers.

ARTICLE 6 - REGULATIONS. The organizing company reserves the right to modify the regulations according to possible modifications to the site, the service or their operation.

ARTICLE 7 - LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER. This game and the interpretation of these regulations are subject to French law. The organizing company Feed. cannot incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control or justified necessity, it were required to modify, shorten, extend or cancel this game and/or to modify these regulations.
