Very satisfied

This is exactly what I expected!
Being able to eat quickly, calmly and apparently (it will take several weeks to be convinced but I am rather calm on this point), healthily! What's more, it's not bad at all! I personally just add a spoonful so I can last until the evening without any problem!

Very disgusting

I'm generally disappointed, I was really expecting something concentrated but pleasant to consume. By following the recipe given on the bag, we end up with a rather thick and grainy consistency that is very unpleasant in the mouth. The raspberry taste is sickening, the first shaker was difficult to finish, I won't tell you about the whole bag that awaits me...
The 3 stars are only for taste and texture, nothing to say about the benefits which are what I am looking for.
We'll see the other flavors, but I don't recommend this one.

I regularly take it before my workouts, especially when I don't have time to eat a normal meal; it has become difficult to do without it. It also helps me a lot during competitions where I have to eat small but regular meals.

Great as a dietary supplement, great taste and lots of nutrients that can be lacking in everyday diets as well as being convenient. However, be aware that this is not a complete meal; 500kcl is far too little for an adult.

Water, milk, vegetable milk.
We recommend mixing with water, however you can use milk or plant-based milk without any problem (be careful though, this will change the nutritional values of your meal-drink).

Temperature.
We recommend preparing your shaker with room-temperature water. Heat can damage the vitamins and minerals in our recipes, which are sensitive to heat.

Yes, you can eat them every day as part of your muscle mass gain. However, to have a balanced diet, you need to remember to eat a variety of foods!

No contraindications except for the following cases:
Children and Adolescents. Nutritional needs are different from those of an adult.
Pregnant women. Caution regarding vitamin A and soy. Do not hesitate to consult your doctor.
Special diets. Ketogenic or those that must be low in FODMAPS or certain vitamins and minerals.
In case of renal failure.

The expiration date for Sport Meal Drinks is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Generally, you should not receive products with a best before date of less than 3 months.
