What is your typical day with Feed? ?
A dancer since the age of 6, he is several times French Boogie-woogie Champion, French Lindy-Hop Champion, several times medalist in European and world championships.
9 a.m. – In the morning, I prepare a fairly substantial breakfast before leaving for training. Typically, 1 coffee, 4 slices of bread with Feed spread. in sandwiches and 1 banana. I eat a lot of fruit, no matter the time.
10 a.m. to 1 p.m. – I spend the morning training. My training program varies a lot depending on my plans. I can dance for up to 6 hours a day during filming, but it's usually around 4.
11 a.m. – I take a break to refuel with 1 Feed bar. or 1 Feed shaker. SPORT. I have a super fast metabolism and I need a lot of calories not to lose weight with all the exercise I do.
1 p.m. – We have lunch as a team. It’s an opportunity to relax and have a little laugh. As for the menu, sandwich, sushi... We have it delivered so it changes every day.
3 p.m. – Return to training. Again, it all depends on the season. During filming, I work on my movements when I'm not on set. The rest of the time, I favor strength training exercises to avoid melting and especially to be confident on the lifts.
5 p.m. – Snack break with 1 Feed shaker. SPORT and 1 fruit. These Feed snacks. allow me to do 3 shows in a day without a big setback. I have a preference for coffee powder and sports banana powder. 6 p.m. – End of training day. It's time to take a breather and enjoy my free time.
8 p.m. – I prepare a “dinner”. I absolutely don't know how to cook so it always ends up in pasta or rice.
I don't replace my meals with Feed. I really use it as a supplement. I love to eat; meals are important; it's a friendly moment, but it's not enough for my pace. Feed. is between meals. Depending on the context, I use different products. When traveling, I prefer bars, in training, shakers because I have more time. I have noticed a real change since I started using Feed. My energy is stable and I'm no longer losing weight, which is a huge plus for me.
