These changes matter. Here’s a taster.

Sugar.

Before. The quantity of sugar was the main concern. Isomaltulose is what we used in our recipes. Up to 30 gr per meal. What’s so good about this type of sugar? It’s slowly digested and doesn’t cause blood sugar spikes.

Now. We’ve removed isomaltulose. Instead, we’ve included 75% of oats/rice flour and 25% of chicory root fiber (inulin). Our recipes are now free of any added sugar. The sugar you’ll find fully stems from our ingredients. 100% natural. Only 4 gr of sugar per meal.

Before. 650 kcal per meal. 33% of your daily energy needs. Many of you told us that the meals were too heavy.

Now. 500 kcal per meal. 25%of your daily energy needs. Each recipe is fibre-rich. Source of protein. Immediate and lasting sensation of fullness.
