Rules Scratch game.

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY. The Company FEED., simplified joint stock company with capital of 13,335 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 821 239 878, whose head office is located at 231 rue Saint Honoré, 75001 Paris, and with number of VAT FR59821239878 is the organizer of a scratch competition. The organizer coordinates the organization of the game and makes any decision useful for its smooth running. He ensures that the regulations are applied.

ARTICLE 2 - DURATION OF THE GAME. The organizer organizes a scratch ticket type game with an obligation to purchase. The receipt of the scratch card will take place between September 10, 2021 and October 1, 2021, and the winnings will be valid until 12.31.2021. The organizing company, however, reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel or extend the game period if circumstances require it, without its liability being incurred in this regard. The company guarantees to participants the reality of the winnings offered, its complete impartiality regarding the conduct of the Game, and to preserve, within the limits of its means, strict equality of opportunity between all participants.

ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME. This competition is open to any adult or minor who has received a scratch card. Feed company staff. as well as their spouses cannot participate in the game. Their ascendants and descendants are authorized to participate in the competition. This is a game of winning moments, with an obligation to purchase, using the instructions written on the scratch ticket.

ARTICLE 4 – PRINCIPLE AND OPERATION OF THE GAME. To participate, the customer receives a scratch card in their mail. The customer scratches his ticket to find out what he has won. The ticket will immediately indicate, under the scratch zone, what the player has won. There are 5 levels when the customer wins.

Level 1: A code to get a free Protein Shot Almond snack in your next order.

Level 2 - 3 - 4: A code to obtain a reduction of -5€, -10€ or -15€ to benefit from on your next order.

Level 5: A code to obtain a free size M Time to workout t-shirt in your next order

These lots are subject to the purchase obligation and the codes cannot be combined with other offers or the current subscription system on the Feed.co site.

The winners undertake not to seek liability from the organizing company with regard to the prizes, in particular their delivery, their condition, their qualities or any consequences generated by their possession or use.

ARTICLE 5 – AWARD, VALUE AND NATURE OF PRIZES. Prizes will not be returned or exchanged for another item or product. There will be no possible financial compensation. All prizes will be awarded instantly with obligation to purchase. These lots must be used before the deadline of 12/31/2021, after which the lots will be considered lost. The prize grid and the value of each prize is indicated in the table below. List of lots:

Level 1 scratch card: a snack bar worth €2.50 each.

Level 2-3-4 scratch card: a reduction of 5, 10 and 15€ with a respective value of 5.10 and 15€.

Level 5 scratch card: a size M t-shirt worth €17.

The organizing company declines all responsibility for all incidents and accidents which may occur during the period of use of the prizes awarded and as a result of their use. For all prizes, the organizing company reserves the right to replace them, in whole or in part, with other equivalent prizes, in the event of difficulty beyond its control in delivering the announced prizes. No complaints can be made in this respect to the organizing company and its service providers.

ARTICLE 6 – OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE. Redeeming game prizes is subject to an obligation to purchase.

ARTICLE 7 - REGULATIONS. The organizing company reserves the right to modify the regulations according to possible modifications to the site, the service or their operation.

ARTICLE 8 - LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER. This game and the interpretation of these regulations are subject to French law. The organizing company Feed. cannot incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control or justified necessity, it were required to modify, shorten, extend or cancel this game and/or to modify these regulations.
