Feed. is launching Feed. LIGHT, a new low-calorie range (300 kcal) with four new recipes: Mango & Raspberry, Peach & Green Tea, Banana & Chocolate and Coconut & Chocolate.

 

Feed. LIGHT is a range of low-fat and low-calorie meals (300 kcal). Feed. LIGHT meals have been designed for those who wish to reach a specific weight or fitness goal.

Feed. LIGHT is perfect for people who wish to manage their diet and reach a certain weight.

Feed. LIGHT is for anyone and everyone who wishes to consume a light, balanced and convenient meal.

1 Feed. = 1 complete meal.

You can have a Feed. LIGHT meal at any time throughout the day!!!

Yes. All the meals within the Feed. LIGHT range provide more than 33% of your nutritional requirements; fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals.

All we have done is lowered the fat, carbohydrate and calorie content. Fret not, you will still not suffer from any nutritional deficiencies.

Gluten-free oatmeal  – Oats are the key ingredient in our recipes and are a source of high-quality complex carbohydrates that provide all the energy your body requires. Oats are also one of the richest sources of plant protein and perfectly complement the pea protein that is used within our recipes. Rich in soluble and insoluble fiber, they provide satiety and contribute to a low glycemic index.

Pea protein – We have chosen to use peas as our main source of protein because of the many advantages associated with it. Pea protein contains all all essential amino acids and is the best vegetable source of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) such as lysine and leucine. These elements maintain the body in a state of muscle construction. Pea protein also has an excellent absorption rate (98%), is non-allergenic and is a very good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Yellow flaxseed – Yellow flaxseed is rich in Omega 3 and in particular in α-linolenic. The latter is the only fatty acid qualified as essential that must be provided by food because it cannot be synthesized by our body. It is needed as a base for many other molecules that are beneficial to our health: anti-inflammatory, lipemia regulators, retinal protectors and essential components of cells, blood vessels, and neurons.

Konjac – Stop the snacking with Feed. LIGHT

A plant widely used in Asia cuisine, it is mainly known as a natural appetite suppressant! It is a slimming food that promotes weight loss. Very rich in soluble fiber and low in calories, konjac soaks up water in the stomach and activates the satiety mechanisms by reproducing the effect of a hearty meal.

Green tea and guarana – Stimulating but not exciting

Rich in theine, green tea stimulates the metabolism just like guarana. It helps you increase your basic energy expenditure. You will burn calories more easily and reach your goals faster. Green tea is also a good source of antioxidants that helps fight against the stress your body undergoes on a  daily basis

Cayenne pepper – Pepper but not spicy

Cayenne pepper contains a stimulating active ingredient: capsaicin. It increases energy expenditure and also intervenes in the mechanisms of satiety by acting as a natural appetite suppressant. Do not worry if you have sensitive taste buds, the chilli pepper is barely detectable in any of our recipes.

Bottle preparation

– Shake the bottle to air out the powder

– Tilt the bottle at a horizontal angle

– Fill the bottle with ambient water up to the ridge / line

– Shake for 45 seconds

– Your bottle is ready, enjoy!

 

Shaker preparation (use the 750ml Feed. shaker)

– Pour 330ml of ambient water

– Add 2.5 spoons of Feed. LIGHT powder

– Put the filter in

– Screw the cap back on

– Shake HARD!

– Consume within 12 hours
